If you don’t do this, you will have a mess and Water will be all over. I guess that is the chief complaint about this device. But you gotta be smarter than the device and actually turn it to where it is sealed before turning it on. one complain on this is that when you go to put pelletized dry ice in the bottle it has a slow leak. I guess that’s how they get you to buy more of them. You gotta love how people just spend more money on their products. I like this device, but I wish that it would take the blue canister instead of the pink one, the pink canister is designed to leak, causing you to buy another canister at $37 I don’t know about you but I go through a canister every two weeks.
