I followed the instructions using Trader Joes Greek yogurt for a starter and run of the mill 2% milk at nearly room temperature. Poured boiling water in the base and gently lowered the tub into it. Be careful, I did burn my fingers because I didn't expect the water to come up that high. I ended up dumping a bit of water out to get it just right. After ten hours I removed the tub, opened it up and stirred it before closing it and into the fridge. Another twelve hours and I had yogurt that tasted very good. It was a bit runny but that just meant I could drink it, no need for a spoon. I added a bit of vanilla and about an eighth teaspoon of stevia and it was awesome.Had a couple issues with shipping, in the end it took way too long but the shipper made it more than right. Way to go "A '21stCenturyKitchen'"!
