These work as they should. They make long, skinny ice sticks. They do fit in water bottles which I find handy as there is never enough room in our fridge for water bottles. I also make the ice sticks sometimes when people come over on the weekend for a few drinks. If you have taller glasses for mixed drinks I think the ice sticks make the drinks look a little fancier just for fun and it's 1,000,000 times easier then sphere cubes. I make these way more often.I will mention that when you go to put these in the freezer they are easy to spill since they are flexible. If you have a small cookie sheet that fits in your freezer that would be really helpful to make sure these trays get into your freezer with all the water still in them. Sometimes I just fill a measuring cup up with water and pour it in the trays.
