I used Jebao wavemakers on my tanks for YEARS without any issues, I was out of the hobby for a few years and coming back of course went straight to Jebao for what I thought was a reliable product. Wavemaker was purchased on January 31, 2025 so in less than 2 months the pump throughout the day randomly runs in reverse and has to have the power unplugged and then plugged back in to change rotation of the pump. I did not listen to those reviews left stating all the issues with Jebao wavemakers seeing my long track record with great products, but now Amazon will not accept a return seeing I am outside of the return window. Sad to see once an affordable and reliable product go down the drain.
