Received June 7th. So far use 1-2 times as week. I like to run for a couple of hours to make enough nuggets to place in a gallon zip lock bag and store in the freezer, along with eating the ice freshly made. Operates as I expected. Noise level is not bad, what you would expect for a rerigeration unit running. Dispenser is great and so far no problems with excess melting or ice dams. Tastes great, as I use bottled or filtered water rather than hard tap water. Might seem a little slow for someone wanting a large quantity for a party, but great for household use. The ice basket compartment is not refrigerated but well insulated so neglibile melting while I wait for it to fill up. Like how any left over ice melts and returns to the resevoir. Overall, great for my drinks, iced coffee, and best of all chewing. Will update later with pictures and if my rating changes.
