Love beer and this machine is great for giving me a new way to enjoy my favorite beers.I give this 5 stars as its one of a kind.It takes a bit of practice but i have perfected it.I pre-freeze and reuse the same salt water mix per beer. But its meant to be a fresh mix of salt and ice and will leak if not moved carefully. But once the technique is learned its not that bad and saves time and resources.So far i can get 10% beers to slush up perfectly.11-14% is probably the max. Got some 15% mead to get a little slushy.The gf likes when i use it to turn margarita mix in to a slushy.I also have the smaller unit. That uses batters but the main container is meant to be reused as it seals the salt water mix. It also only makes about half as much slush.See some of the photos,
