The Bisofice Q30 label printer is a Bluetooth connected, portable device to print labels, on demand.You must download and install the Print Master application from the Apple App Store or Google Play.The instruction sheet has a QR code for an online version of the instructions. However, that link information is only available in German. An English version may be found by doing a web search forQ30 user manual 5441360.The printer comes with a short USB-A to USB-C cable. You can use any USB-C cable to power the Q30, or use four, non-rechargeable, alkaline AAA batteries (package does NOT include batteries.)This printer uses precut, fixed-size labels. I would have preferred one using continuous form labels, which could cut-to-size, after printing. Having a fixed size, can limit the amount of information that can be included on a single label. The type size is adjustable, so that helps to a limited extent.Setup is easier than the instructions would suggest. Open the lid. Install batteries, or plug in USB cable. Be sure there is no roll of labels inserted yet. Press on power button for about two seconds to turn on. Make sure to remove arrow printed tape leader from label roll. Place label roll in printer with end extended out opening about 1/2 inch. Put cover back on printer. One quick click of power button will register the label roll positioning.The Print Master app is a bit cumbersome to use, but produces acceptable results.This printer appears to be adequate for light, home use. It is not heavy duty and doesn't appear to be overly durable. Lightweight and portable.Package was beautiful. Product comes with 2 additional rolls of label tape PLUS one already inside of the machine! Takes 2 AA batteries also. I haven't had the chance to try it out yet, but as soon as I do I will update my review. I have high hopes for this little machine.Took a good 20 minutes just to figure out how to properly load the tape and get the print lined up. So many were off center. It was just trial and error before somehow it just started printing correctly. Resolution of the print is fairly low but to be honest I wasn't expecting perfect printing for around the $40 price point of this label maker. Software needed to use this printer is not very intuitive and ended up crashing on my 3 times during 10 minutes of usage.Save your money and just spend a few more dollars to get one of the Brother label makers.
