I use my bread machine at least twice a month so I wanted paddles that could handle the beating that the original one that came with my bread maker could take. These definitely did not disappoint. I have made cinnamon bread and sour dough bread and just plain white bread with the new paddle and you can not tell a difference between these and the original one that came with my machine. They fit perfectly and work just as good as the original. The non stick coating on them is wonderful and the dough and cooked bread releases from it with ease. I highly recommend these paddles to anyone looking for replacements for their lost paddle or anyone wanting to have some extras laying around lie myself. Its always good to have an extra paddle in case one gets misplaced after the washing process.Bought this to replace an original paddle that unfortunately found the bottom of the garbage disposal. :(After much research I learned that this was the newer version, and it does seem to knead the bread better. and is easier to clean.There's still a problem of sugar getting onto the spindle underneath the paddle and burning, leaving black spots on the bread. To compensate, when the bread machine beeps six times (meaning it's time to remove the paddle) I usually clean the spindle with a clean sponge while holding the dough up after removing the paddle.I bought the bread machine refurbished on an Amazon site that's based out of Austin for $30, so being able to continue to use it via a $10 paddle is great. I bake all of our family's bread, about four loaves a week.The paddle that came originally got scratched and the dough would stick to it ... so we had to buy a replacement. This CBK paddle is about 1/4 inch taller than the original, so it definitely mixes up the dough better than the original.I needed another paddle after forgetting to take the one I had out of the bread before cutting it.Needless to say I scratched up the paddle. This replacement fit perfectly, I had bought another that did not seat all the way down.In case anyone else was wondering, this paddle (left) is not the same shape as the one that comes with the CBK-110 Cuisinart Bread Maker (right), although it does fit. If I use it, I will report back on how well it functions.Paddle replacement must be an original part replacement otherwise it won't work it will be too loseI have one the older Oster bread makers which I believe is naked by Sunbeam. So happy find it fit and worked perfectly. A little costly but better than having to throw out a perfectly fine machine.Bought it for my older model West Bend bread maker and it fits perfect!!
