I bought a few cook books on making dumpling but by hand mine looked terrible. I bought the dumpling maker and now mine look like the ones shown in the recipe books. I love these cooking tools. I make meat dumplings, vegetable dumplings, fruit and some cheeses. I love experimenting with the dough as well as the filling. A few of my friends are going to be getting the dumpling maker as gifts.This is definitely one of those easy to use, hard to master situations. You would have to practice using these for a while before you actually produce a full batch of dumplings.Hard to use sharp back doesn’t work very wellThese are nice enough and will work for me, but they are not as sturdy and well-finished as you would think. Quite a lot of sharp edges and kind of flimsy.A lot smaller then I expected.Very light weight, expected it to be heavier.Bent a little when using works goodA lovely set at a good price!Kind of confusing that the skin cutters do not fit the makers. I know I can use the other side of the dumplings maker to cut the skin, but that didn’t went well. Edges are rough and might hurt fingers.Other than those, materials seems to be OK.For the quality of the product, little bit over priced.un peu cheap pour le prix, n'est pas en stainless!! mais plutôt de la tôle plaqué, je ne l'est pas essayé encore mais je m'attend pas a un miracle.The skin maker does not include the size of the actual press mold! So stupid! You can't use this if that's the case so I'm returning it.To small for dim sumThe largest cookie cutter is too small. It won’t work for the big dumpling folder. Waste of money
