I’ll start off by saying I’m pretty much an alcoholic. My go to drink is vodka and seltzer water. I’m on my third as I’m writing this review right now. I bought this machine because our fridge doesn’t have an ice maker and I’m tired of buying ice every week. Plus, if I don’t have to buy ice every week, I have more money to buy vodka. Two weeks in and this thing keeps up with my raging alcoholic lifestyle. Pumps out out nine ice cubes at a time, but keeps my 32 ounce glass of vodka and Waterloo nice and full of succulent bits of ice cubes. It’s so fun to watch operate, that even when I’m not drinking yet, mostly in the morning hours, I run it and bag the ice in case I need an emergency drink. It makes two different sized cubes, but I run the larger ones only. You are supposed to clean it before you use it, but your standards go down when you’re a drunk, so I just put this bad boy to work right away. It will be great for our camper too, cause I always get drunk when we are camping. Would recommend.Our freezer doesn’t have an ice maker and I hate trays. We also have limited counter space. This machine takes up less space than my Keurig. These are bullet ice cubes in a large (which isn’t very big, maybe the tip of your finger) and small (not tiny pellet ice like Sonic). However, we use filtered water to make the ice and it comes out pretty soft. When it’s in water for a few seconds, the ice is soft enough to crush on the roof of my mouth with my tongue. I like chewing ice and this method protects my teeth. I’d definitely buy this, again, so long as it holds up. I’ve had it 30+ days and it’s only off mostly at nighttime, so we don’t hear it run. It’s not very noisy. Ice takes about 7 mins to make. Turn it on and give it about 30 mins and you’ll have enough ice to fill two big tumblers. Recommend this over Frigidaire’s ice maker which quit after 6 weeks. 7764I bought this for my office. I was hesitant thinking it might be damaged. However, there was no damage in anyway! Works perfect! With prices so high now days I look for deals so this was a great deal for me! I am very happy with my purchase!This device is much better than I expected. No matter the color, material or operation. The size of the ice cubes can also be adjusted, so you don't have to wash them yourself after buying them. There is a function that directly helps me to disinfect and clean up. This has become very convenient. Also comes with an extra small spatula, which is handy when I need ice. The thermal insulation effect is also very good. Basically I can say it doesn't melt. There is also an indicator light that will tell me when there is a shortage of water, so I don't need to check it myself. This means that the ice cubes really never break. Our built in ice machine on our refrigerator broke a few months ago so we have been buying bags of ice ever since. I should have bought this months ago. No more buying bags which also gives space in my freezer back!I bought this for my son, our refrigerator is not big enough to store too many ice cubes, we can make 8 ice cubes every 7 minutes, I can finally enjoy my ice cubes anytime, especially, The machine is quiet when it runs, which I love.I liked how simple this ice maker is to use. I followed the directions and let it sit 24 hours before using. Also wiped it down with wet paper towels and then discarded the first few batches in plants.It only takes a few minutes to start making the first batch of ice. It is great for making cold drinks on a hot summer day and for making extra ice when packing food for a road trip. It is quiet to operate.
