I like it, cubes are small enough to fit into bottles, I like the bin under the tray, I even use the scoop now and then.Mostly I feed ice to my dog, I do that once or twice a day. That’s where most of the ice goes, he LOVES ice and thinks it’s a treat when he gets ice. Once the bin gets low I dump the tray, fill the tray and pop it back into the freezer and I have yet to run out of ice. I fought this would be big enough for a family, might have to get a few of them.I have water supply to my fridge to make ice but I suspect it was leaking water on the floor and swelled my floor a bit to I unhooked it and just use this tray, it’s no bother at all and the cubes are smaller.I have not found anything wrong with the ice tray, the lid could fit on the ice bin a bit better I suppose but doesn’t affect anything. I’d buy it again.Makes lots of ice. It is not too hard to remove ice. You have to bang it a few times for all of the pieces to drop but it is not bad. And it also comes with a scooper so you don’t have to touch the ice with your hands (especially great when serving guests). It is a great easy option.Just note that the ice cubes are pretty small, so may require a lot in your glass and melts pretty quickly.I am still trying to navigate how to best use this. Originally, I overfilled it and the top froze to the ice cube tray. I also discovered that I could not twist the tray to free the cubes. I tried to release them a bit with hot water. I wound up with ice cubes in the sink and on the floor. I used the ice in my conventional ice tray.On the 2nd try, I filled the cube tray to a level below the full height of the allotted cubes. The top did not freeze in place, but I still had the issue of releasing the cubes from the tray. I used warm water and released them onto a sheet pan. That worked, but seemed like that is a step too many.I think there might/should be a way to release the cubes directly into the container w/o spilling them all over the kitchen. If I figure it out, I'll let you know.Addendum: Third time was the charm. I simply flipped the tray onto the storage compartment and slapped the back. Lost a single cube to the sink. The others made it to the container. That instruction might have been in the instructions…but, alas, I did not read.I really like the extra storage space it has underneath. The ice cube tray itself works great, but the real kicker is the little scoop spoon that comes with it! You can easily remove the ice cubes from the container while simultaneously adding water to the ice tray to get more later. I haven't had any problems getting the ice cubes out. It is a great product and works well and exactly as described. If you're looking for a good ice cube tray I would highly recommend it.This is one of the best purchases I've ever made. The top plastic tray that goes over the ice keeps the ice from getting that freezer-taste. This is easy to use and holds the perfect amount of ice for me and my husband. (Really, just me since I'm the only one that likes ice) Highly recommend! This is the perfect size ice cube tray, we separated the tray so we have it on a shelf when it’s filled up and then we dump the cubes into the tray and refill it.I love this ice tray. It’s a good number of cubes per round. However the little box it comes with is pretty small so I just use the regular ice box I had before. But I love the cute lil scoop. It works great. Easy to get the ice out by popping the bottom up. I also like that I can store the extra ice on the bottom.Arrived with a cracked lid - not really usable straight out of the box. Very disappointing, especially as it was a gift for a friend, to by the time it was their birthday the return window (which is very short) had closed and I'm down £30. Go somewhere else, it's not worth the risk.J’aime le produit mais Très déçu du couvercle qui ne ferme pas du toutbroken when deliveredVery convenient but the outer box can get out of shapeIt came broken in the mail... Disapointed but will try it anyway.
