This scooper is a little light weight to get a 5 on sturdiness or ease of scooping, but it honestly performs just fine. It’s easy to clean by hand. Wish it was dishwasher safe, but it wipes clean in seconds so it’s still easy to use.As expected, it's similar to the ones used in ice cream shops. It scoops as expected.The ice cream doesn't stick to the scoop like it does with other scoops. Buyers should beware that you can't put this through the dishwasher.Bought this to replace my old ice cream scoop, it is great for scooping. Very strong scoop, fits nicely in hand.The biggest issue is that the handle is filled with some sort of liquid (Makes the ice cream not stick to the scoop somehow) and the handle is plugged with a piece of plastic. The plastic plug leaks. I had it in a drawer and after a couple weeks of not using it, there was a nickel sized puddle of oily liquid under the handle.Sturdy easy to cleanThis ice cream scoop will last for a long time.Works greatSo easy to use, I run it under hot water before I scoop my ice cream and it makes perfect scoops every time.
