My daughter is moving into a size 13. Since reviews said they ran a little big, I stuck with a size 12. The size 12 with tights on were huge on her; a good 1/2” extra! She couldn’t even walk in them without them slipping off.They were really cute, otherwise!Shoes run big. So I returned for one size smaller. They fit but shoe kept coming off. Wish it had a strap.
