As well as advice on exercising, mental health, relaxation and personal hygiene.Its a win win book. If you are looking for the 'right' way to eat and why you need to get this book.I have recommended it to all my friends and like so many have been bombarded with diets per say.This is more than just that, its a way of life.Jordan Rubin explains in detail why certain foods we should and shouldn't eat. He explains how our body works and how these foods work against or for us.I have been so enlightened.
