Really like the French press, the construction is solid and additional filters are supplied if you are looking for a finer strain. There will be some residue remaining from coffee grounds. You might be able to combat the grounds in your coffee by using both filters.Cleaning of canister is easy. It is a bit more difficult to clean the filters. I just rinse and some grounds remain. However if you want all grains removed when you clean the filters you may struggle.Overall I highly recommend the French press due to the high quality constrction and range of colors.I drink my coffee in a pint glass. Why? How? It's been so long I don't even question it. This double walled stainless steel beauty makes exactly enough coffee for a pint glass or large travel mug (with just a sip left over) and that makes me so happy. I have a gigantic french press (The green Stanley one) for when I have company but this little guy is perfect! Also, big enough to be easy to reach in and clean.The filter looked good but came folded and kinked, could immediately tell the size was off, measuring a bit over around 8.4cm. Had to unfold the edge and trim then crimp the edge back to around 7.4cm for my setup.But after, they aren't that bad and the mesh if pretty fine.Love these….we each have one because of our different coffees. The grounds do not escape. They are perfect!This is a perfect size for my daily cacao drink. I purchased the pearl blue it’s adorable. The inside is steel and gives off no odd taste. It keeps my hot drink hot. I am very pleased with my order.After breaking the glass on 2 French Presses, I decided to go stainless steel. I LOVE this French press!! It makes excellent coffee and keeps it much warmer than glass does. It's just the right size and sturdy. This was definitely a great purchase!This is the perfect French press for my thermal mug. Love it!Love this, but I drink 4 to 6 cups of coffee and this only makes 2 to 2.5 cups, I should have read description better, but very happy with purchaseThis French press makes great coffee however the stainless steel does dent rather easily so you need to be careful.This press makes a little over 500 mL of coffee and not the 600 mL as stated.It does keep the coffee warm so your second cup is just as enjoyable as your first.I would recommend this product as I think the price is affordable.
