My daughter is a size 2 so I ordered these shoes in a size 2 for her. When she tried them on she was disappointed because they were tremendous...at least a size and a half too big (I ordered a different pair of shoes for her from the same company in a size 2 and they fit as they should). I didn't realize when ordering that there is a sizing chart so MAKE SURE YOU LOOK AT THE SIZING CHART BEFORE ORDERING!! I had to exchange them for a size 1. Customer service was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC to deal with! I was able to exchange the shoes without a problem. The shoes themselves are adorable! My daughter LOVES them because of the pretty bow and the ankle strap. The shoes are nicely padded with good arch support. She looks like a little lady instead of a little girl. She is very excited to wear these for Christmas. Thank you Doll Maker!!
