I have had migraines for over 11 years. In some cases I run a fever and my head continues to throb even after taking medication. I was told to try applying cold wash cloths or an ice pack to my forehead. I decided to try this particular ice pack because it covers my entire forehead, side temples and eyes. It really helps relieve the swelling and fever which reduces the throbbing pain. In some cases I only have to use the icepack to get rid of a migraine. And it also helps calm pain in my neck that can trigger migraines. For me this is a blessing and worth the cost.This helped me get through the migraine phase of my pregnancy. Luckily I haven’t had to use it in 5 weeks but it def helped! Good to have for future migraines. I will say it doesn’t stay cold longer than 45 mins but it worksI use this to provide some relief for my migraines. It's good for this purpose. The best thing about this product is how well it stays in place even if you're moving around a little.I like that this product can be velcroed to my sinuses or neck for pain relief. It's effective and easy to use.Nice stretchable fabric helps keep it in place.Love that it’s adjustableMy son loves this when he has a headache. He sometimes uses it just to relax when he is hot. It's comfortable around his head and covers a wider area.I've only used it once, but I really like it already. I'll update if anything changes, but it really helped my migraine :)Perfect for my migraine days. I keeping in the fridge and it straps on nicely. I spray some of my Saje oils on it and just enjoy the relief.This ice pack has really impressed me. As someone who suffers from chronic migraines and headaches, I can say that this product has been one of my tops. It doesn’t have the gel beads(which for some reason always break and spill out on me) so right there it’s a superior product. It also forms well to your face as the gel is very malleable almost instantly from the freezer. Stays cold enough for me for about 30-45 minutes then I swap it out. It is very cold, but not unbearably painfully cold. It’s very comfortable, I have fallen asleep with it on numerous times. I highly recommend trying this product, it won’t disappoint!I just love this, the inside is soft on your face it stays cold long and easy to put on. I love how it covers your eyes, temples forehead and a bit down your jaw so great for head aches, sinus, side jaw pain, migraines.I purchased this in a desperate attempt without doing much research. Happy I did. I get migraines once a month (although) they are infrequent they are still disruptive.I needed something that I could use that would allow me to fall asleep comfortably without any melting from the icepacks that I use and wrap with a very thin towel.The average amount of time you can use this is an hour before you have to put it back in the fridge.I haven't used it from the freezer yet.I will put it as simply as I can - “It doesn’t”!!! Please don’t raise expectation of people who are terrible suffering from migraine and make money out of it. This type of promotion should be immediately banned. I don’t know how so many people gave it such good reviews. It doesn’t work!!! Overpriced/Doesn’t work. Humble suggestion to other users please don’t raise bar of your expectations.
